Ethical & Environmentally Responsible Farming
All of our farms, as part of ACP, are deeply committed to ethical and environmentally responsible farming methods that prioritize the health of the land, animals, and community. Central to our approach is regenerative agriculture, which goes beyond sustainability by actively rebuilding soil health through practices like rotational grazing. This not only enhances biodiversity and sequesters carbon but also creates resilient ecosystems that support long-term food production.
We are proud to hold Certified Naturally Grown status. 'CNG producers don’t use any synthetic herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms. CNG livestock are raised mostly on pasture and with space for freedom of movement. Livestock feed must be grown without synthetic inputs or genetically modified seeds. Production practices are verified with detailed peer-review inspections annually, so the designation requires more rigor than simply pledging.'
All of our animals are pasture-raised, with ample access to open fields where they can forage, root, and roam freely. This not only results in healthier, more flavorful meat but also contributes to soil fertility through natural manure distribution and grazing patterns that mimic wild ecosystems. These practices reflect our holistic vision: producing nutrient-dense food while stewarding the earth for future generations.
